In the RÉSIDENCE TROPICALE domain located in Le Moule, this air-conditioned studio for two to three people is situated in the heart of the seaside area known as "L’autre Bord," with its beach accessible 50 meters away.

​

Located on the second floor of the Flamboyant Building, you will benefit from a 180° panoramic sea view.

In the main room, you will have a convertible sofa, private WIFI, and a flat-screen TV (TNT channel package).

 

Upstairs, an air-conditioned bedroom equipped with two beds is available to you.

This studio has a kitchen equipped on the terrace.

Outside the residence and in the immediate vicinity, you will find sports facilities such as tennis courts, beach soccer, beach volleyball, and beach tennis fields, a bocce ball court, and a health track.

Beach restaurants will allow you to eat on-site or take away.

The residence is located about 1 km from the city center of Le Moule, secured by a coded gate. You will have free parking.

Not suitable for animals. No parties or evenings out of respect for the residence.

We provide a small "starter kit" to begin your stay.

You will find a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, a washing machine tablet, a dishwasher tablet, and cleaning products. You can then purchase what you need in the various nearby supermarkets (Crystal Beach, Super U, Carrefour Market, Leader Price, and others).

The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental amount.

The end-of-stay cleaning fee of €40 is to be paid directly on-site, along with the tourist tax (by cheque or cash).

You are required to return the accommodation with a minimum level of cleanliness out of respect for the cleaning staff.

For arrivals or departures between 9 PM and 6 AM, a supplement of €30 will be requested (except in case of flight delay, verifiable on the Pôle Caraïbes website).

 

Water cuts possible during your stay. You can consult the SIAEAG/SMGEAG service to learn about the problem.

No refund will be made for this reason.

For any cancellation of reservation via the CREOLYS 971 website, the credit card payment transaction fees cannot be refunded.
