Quiet, secure, and on a human scale, the EZANA residence is located on the tourist route of Saint-François.

We provide a small "starter kit" to begin your stay. You will find a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, a washing machine tablet, a dishwasher tablet, and cleaning products. You can then purchase whatever you need from the various nearby supermarkets (Crystal Beach, Super U, Carrefour Market, Leader Price, and others).

The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental amount.

The end-of-stay cleaning package of €50 is to be paid directly on site, as well as the tourist tax.

You are required to leave the accommodation with a minimum level of cleanliness out of respect for the cleaning staff.

For arrivals or departures between 9 PM and 6 AM, an additional fee of €30 will be requested (except in case of flight delay, verifiable on the Pôle Caraïbes website).

Accommodation connected to a 7500-liter water tank installed in the residence.

Water outages may occur during your stay. You can consult the SIAEAG/SMGEAG service to learn about the issue.

No refunds will be made for this reason.

For any cancellation of reservation through the CREOLYS 971 website, the credit card payment transaction fees cannot be refunded.

You will receive from us a geolocation that will allow you to be guided via your smartphone's GPS to the EZANA Residence.
