We offer you this spacious apartment on the first floor with two air-conditioned bedrooms, its double 300-liter drinking water cistern, as well as its individual WIFI access.

It is located in the Crystal Beach Luxury Residence, which has 2 swimming pools (including one for the little ones). Moreover, you are about 50 meters away from the magnificent "Raisins Clairs" beach. Bakery, restaurants, and a mini-market are also 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Situated in one of the Emeraude Buildings, you will have a pleasant view of the residence's landscaped garden, the pool, and the sea. The beach access is just a few steps away.

We provide a small "starter kit" to begin your stay. You will find a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, a washing machine tablet, a dishwasher tablet, and cleaning products. You can then purchase what you need in the various nearby supermarkets (Crystal Beach, Super U, Carrefour Market, Leader Price, and others).

 

The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental amount.

The end-of-stay cleaning fee of €60 is to be paid directly on-site, along with the tourist tax.

You are required to return the accommodation with a minimum level of cleanliness out of respect for the cleaning staff.

 

For arrivals or departures between 9 PM and 6 AM, a supplement of €30 will be charged (except in the case of flight delay, verifiable on the Pôle Caraïbes website).
