At the first level:

• Living room with a sofa bed 140x190, TV, table with 6 chairs, separate toilet with sink.

• Terrace with its equipped kitchen: Stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers (bowl and Dolce Gusto), small table and two chairs.

On the first floor:

​- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 160x190
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds 90x190
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

Not suitable for animals. No parties, no celebrations out of respect for the residence.

For arrivals or departures between 9 PM and 6 AM, a supplement of €30 will be requested (except in case of flight delay, verifiable on the Pôle Caraïbes website).

No refunds will be made for this reason.

For any cancellation of a reservation via the CREOLYS 971 website, the transaction fees for payment by credit card will not be refunded.

We provide a small "starter kit" to begin your stay. You will find a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, a washing machine tablet, a dishwasher tablet, and cleaning products. You can then purchase what you need in the various nearby supermarkets (Crystal Beach, Super U, Carrefour Market, Leader Price, and others).

 

The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price.

The end-of-stay cleaning fee of €60 is to be paid directly on site, along with the tourist tax.

You are required to leave the accommodation with a minimum level of cleanliness out of respect for the cleaning staff.

You will receive geolocation from us that will allow you to be guided via the GPS of your smartphone to the Residence Le Village.
