We offer you this spacious apartment on the second floor with two air-conditioned bedrooms, its 300-liter drinking water tank, as well as its individual WIFI access.

It is located in the upscale Crystal Beach Residence, which has 2 swimming pools (including one for the little ones). Moreover, you are about 50 meters away from the beautiful "Raisins Clairs" beach. Bakery, restaurants, and a mini-market are also just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

We provide a small "starter kit" to begin your stay. You will find a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, a washing machine tablet, a dishwasher tablet, and cleaning products. You can then purchase whatever you need from the various nearby supermarkets (Crystal Beach, Super U, Carrefour Market, Leader Price, and others).

The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

The end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental amount.

The end-of-stay cleaning package of €60 is to be paid directly on site, as well as the tourist tax.

You are required to leave the accommodation with a minimum level of cleanliness out of respect for the cleaning staff.

For arrivals or departures between 9 PM and 6 AM, an additional fee of €30 will be requested (except in case of flight delay, verifiable on the Pôle Caraïbes website).
