In the KAYE LA residence, this studio ideal for two people is located in a small residence on the marina.

Close to beaches, golf, boat departures for excursions to the islands, diving and water sports clubs, restaurants, and shops.

This studio has a kitchen equipped on the terrace, a main room with a double bed, TV, and a bathroom with shower. No private WIFI.

Not suitable for animals. No parties or events out of respect for the residence.

For arrivals or departures between 9 PM and 6 AM, an additional fee of €30 will be requested (except in case of flight delay, verifiable on the Pôle Caraïbes website).

No refunds will be made for this reason.

For any cancellation of reservation through the CREOLYS 971 website, the credit card payment transaction fees cannot be refunded.

We provide a small "starter kit" to begin your stay. You will find a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, a washing machine tablet, a dishwasher tablet, and cleaning products. You can then purchase whatever you need from the various nearby supermarkets (Crystal Beach, Super U, Carrefour Market, Leader Price, and others).

The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental amount.

The end-of-stay cleaning package of €40 is to be paid directly on site, as well as the tourist tax.

You are required to leave the accommodation with a minimum level of cleanliness out of respect for the cleaning staff.

You will receive from us a geolocation that will allow you to be guided via your smartphone's GPS to the Residence Kaye La.
