In the ANSE DES ROCHERS domain, this air-conditioned studio for two to four people is located in one of the most beautiful residences in Guadeloupe with its beach accessible 50 meters away.

Located on the first floor of the Bougainvillier Building, you will benefit from a garden view.

In the main room, you will have a double bed 160x200, a sofa bed 140x190, private WIFI, and a flat-screen TV (Orange channel package).

This studio has a kitchen equipped on the terrace.

You can enjoy the 1000 m² swimming pool. The Ti Coco, the residence's restaurant with feet in the sand, will allow you to eat on-site or take away.

Mini-golf and tennis court on-site (reservation required with the residence's guard).

The residence is located about 3 km from the center of Saint-François, secured by a badge gate. You will have free and monitored parking.

Not suitable for animals. No parties or evenings out of respect for the residence.

We provide a small "starter kit" to begin your stay. You will find a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, a washing machine tablet, a dishwasher tablet, and cleaning products. You can then purchase what you need in the various nearby supermarkets (Crystal Beach, Super U, Carrefour Market, Leader Price, and others).

The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental amount.

The end-of-stay cleaning package of €40 is to be paid directly on-site, along with the tourist tax.

You are required to leave the accommodation with a minimum level of cleanliness out of respect for the cleaning staff.

For arrivals or departures between 9 PM and 6 AM, a supplement of €30 will be charged (except in case of flight delay, verifiable on the Pôle Caraïbes website).

Water cuts possible during your stay. You can consult the SIAEAG/SMGEAG service to learn about the problem.

No refunds will be made for this reason.

For any cancellation of reservation via the CREOLYS 971 website, the credit card payment transaction fees cannot be refunded.

You will receive geolocation from us that will allow you to be guided via your smartphone's GPS to the Anse des Rochers Residence.
