Studio "MAJA" - Garden side, private Wifi

In the ANSE DES ROCHERS domain, this air-conditioned studio for two to three people is located in one of the most beautiful residences in Guadeloupe with its beach accessible at 50 meters. Located on the first floor of the Coral Building, you will benefit from a garden view. In the main room, you will have a double bed 160x200, a one-place BZ bench 90x190, a desk area, private WIFI, and a flat-screen TV (TNT channel package).

This studio has a kitchen equipped on the terrace. You can enjoy the 1000 m² swimming pool. The Ti Coco, the residence's restaurant with feet in the sand, will allow you to eat on-site or take away.

Mini-golf and tennis court on site (reservation required with the residence's guard). The residence is located about 3 km from the center of Saint-François, secured by a badge-operated gate. You will have access to free and supervised parking.

Not suitable for animals. No parties or events out of respect for the residence.

We provide a small "starter kit" to begin your stay. You will find a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, a washing machine tablet, a dishwasher tablet, and cleaning products. You can then purchase whatever you need from the various nearby supermarkets (Crystal Beach, Super U, Carrefour Market, Leader Price, and others).

The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental amount. The end-of-stay cleaning package of €40 is to be paid directly on site, as well as the tourist tax (by check or in cash). You are required to leave the accommodation with a minimum level of cleanliness out of respect for the cleaning staff.

For arrivals or departures between 9 PM and 6 AM, an additional fee of €30 will be requested (except in case of flight delay, verifiable on the Pôle Caraïbes website).

Accommodation equipped with a backup water tank. 

Water outages may occur during your stay. You can consult the SIAEAG/SMGEAG service to learn about the issue. No refunds will be made for this reason.

For any cancellation of reservation through the CREOLYS 971 website, the credit card payment transaction fees cannot be refunded.

You will receive from us a geolocation that will allow you to be guided via your smartphone's GPS to the Residence Anse des Rochers.
