In the LES MARINES residence, this air-conditioned studio ideal for two people is located in a residence with a swimming pool, 20 meters from the Marina of Saint-François, facing the Golf, in a quiet and green setting.

Close to beaches, the lagoon, boat departures for excursions to the islands, diving clubs and water sports, restaurants, and shops.

This studio has a kitchen equipped on the terrace, a main room with a double bed, TV, and a bathroom with an Italian shower. The WIFI signal is that of the residence and works very well for internet browsing as well as video viewing.

Not suitable for animals. No parties or events out of respect for the residence.

We provide a small "starter kit" to begin your stay. You will find a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, a washing machine tablet, a dishwasher tablet, and cleaning products. You can then purchase whatever you need from the various nearby supermarkets (Crystal Beach, Super U, Carrefour Market, Leader Price, and others).

The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental amount.

The end-of-stay cleaning package of €40 is to be paid directly on site, as well as the tourist tax.

You are required to leave the accommodation with a minimum level of cleanliness out of respect for the cleaning staff.

For arrivals or departures between 9 PM and 6 AM, an additional fee of €30 will be requested (except in case of flight delay, verifiable on the Pôle Caraïbes website).

Water outages may occur during your stay. You can consult the SIAEAG/SMGEAG service to learn about the issue.

No refunds will be made for this reason.

For any cancellation of reservation through the CREOLYS 971 website, the credit card payment transaction fees cannot be refunded.

You will receive from us a geolocation that will allow you to be guided via your smartphone's GPS to the Residence Les Marines.
