The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.
The end of stay cleaning is not included in the rental price.
The end of stay cleaning fee of 50€ is to be paid directly on the spot, as well as the tourist tax.
You are required to return the accommodation with a minimum of cleanliness by respect for the maintenance staff.
For arrivals or departures between 9pm and 6am a supplement of 30€ will be asked (except in case of plane delay, which can be checked on the Pôle Caraïbes website).
Water cuts are possible during your stay. You can consult the SIAEAG/SMGEAG service to find out about the problem.
No refund will be made for this reason.
For any cancellation of a reservation via the CREOLYS 971 website, the transaction fees for payment by credit card will not be refunded.
You will receive from us a geolocation which will allow you to be guided via the GPS of your smartphone to the Residence EZANA.
