In the domain of ANSE DES ROCHERS, this air-conditioned studio for two to three persons is located in one of the most beautiful residences of Guadeloupe with its beach accessible at 50 meters.
Located on the second floor of the Hibiscus Building, you will benefit from a garden view and a nice view on the residence.
You will have in the main room a double bed 160x200, a single bed, private WIFI and a flat screen TV (Bouquet Canal Sat).
This studio has an equipped kitchen on the terrace.
You can enjoy the 1000 m² swimming pool. Ti Coco, the residence's restaurant with its feet in the sand, will allow you to eat in or take away.
Mini-golf and tennis court on the spot (on reservation with the residence's janitor).
The residence is located about 3 km from the center of Saint-François, secured by a badge gate. You will have a free and supervised parking.
Not suitable for animals No parties, nor parties for the respect of the residence.

The accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.
The end of stay cleaning is not included in the rental price.
The end of stay cleaning fee of 40€ is to be paid directly on the spot, as well as the tourist tax.
You are required to return the accommodation with a minimum of cleanliness by respect for the maintenance staff.
For arrivals or departures between 9pm and 6am a supplement of 30€ will be asked (except in case of plane delay, which can be checked on the Pôle Caraïbes website).
Water cuts are possible during your stay. You can consult the SIAEAG/SMGEAG service to find out about the problem.
No refund will be made for this reason.
For any cancellation of a reservation via the CREOLYS 971 website, the transaction fees for payment by credit card will not be refunded.
You will receive from us a geolocation which will allow you to be guided via the GPS of your smartphone to the Residence Anse des Rochers.
